Analytics — only if you say yes
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and what kind of browser or device they use. Google also derives an approximate location from your IP address. We use this information solely to understand and improve the site.
Google Analytics does not run unless you accept it. When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. If you decline — or simply ignore the banner — no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page; declining after previously accepting removes the analytics cookies.

Separately, your consent choice itself (accept or decline) is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key clinchr-cookie-consent so we don't ask you on every visit. It contains nothing but that choice and stays until you clear your browser data.
The enquiry form
If you contact us through the form on this site — for example to request a demo — we collect the name, email address and message you provide. The form is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, and we use your details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, via the Cookie preferences link). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clinchr.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
